Bilfinger Industrial Automation Servicesís origins date back to 1984, with the founding of AT Controls, a design and build company for control and instrumentation systems. The organisation expanded into the provision of EC&I site services with the creation of AT Contracts in 1990, and soon after combined operations within AT Group, which went on to trade as ATG.
In January 2011, the company joined the Bilfinger Industrial Services Group, and changed its name to BIS ATG. The Company merged with HG Group in January 2013, to form Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services, the market leading control and automation services company for the UK process industry.
While now benefitting from being part of a major multi-billion pound international operation, Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services operates as an independent subsidiary of its parent, allowing us to remain the same effective and responsive organisation that has served our customers over the last three decades.
